Michelle has been with Amazon Web Services for 8 years. In her current role as Head of Professional Services for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), Michelle leads the ANZ team of experts who help customers achieve their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud, providing specialist consulting expertise, prescriptive guidance and offerings to help customers achieve business outcomes.
Michelle has worked extensively in Australia and New Zealand, as well as holding Asia Pacific and global roles. Prior to AWS, she enjoyed a 23 year career in management consulting at Accenture, working with large enterprises on SAP transformation programs, project and program management; quality and risk roles; and sales effectiveness and enablement.
Michelle is passionate about inclusion and diversity, leading the Women at Amazon ANZ affinity group and numerous community initiatives.
